自2024年9月啟動以來，由教育部推動的「跨域彈性修業試辦計畫」已穩步推展，並於2025上半年完成首屆跨領域學士學位申請與審核作業，參與計畫的學生將於9月正式進入自主學習修課階段，標誌臺灣高教體制邁入跨領域制度化的新篇章。
Since its launch in September 2024, the Ministry of Education’s “Cross Disciplinary Bachelor Program” has made steady progress. In the first half of 2025, the inaugural application and review cycle for interdisciplinary bachelor’s degrees was completed. Students who were accepted into the program will officially begin their self-directed coursework this September, marking a significant step toward institutionalizing interdisciplinary education in Taiwan’s higher education system.
本計畫團隊包含國立政治大學、國立臺灣師範大學、國立清華大學、國立成功大學、國立中央大學、國立陽明交通大學、長庚大學與東吳大學。各校學程設計強調彈性與整合，提供學生進行跨院系課程規劃、個人化學習模組建構、學習歷程輔導與支持機制。
The project team comprises eight universities: National Chengchi University, National Taiwan Normal University, National Tsing Hua University, National Cheng Kung University, National Central University, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Chang Gung University, and Soochow University. Each university independently develops its interdisciplinary bachelor’s programs, emphasizing flexibility and integration. These programs allow students to design cross-college learning pathways, build personalized learning modules, and receive guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
跨領域學士制度的核心精神在於強化學生的學習主體性與跨域整合能力，透過制度化支持協助學生跳脫單一學科侷限，發展結合自身興趣與未來職涯目標的專屬學習架構。計畫團隊亦將持續追蹤制度執行與學生學習狀況，作為制度滾動優化之依據。
At the heart of the interdisciplinary bachelor’s system lies a commitment to empowering students as active agents in their education. The program supports students in breaking away from traditional single-discipline constraints, enabling them to create customized academic paths aligned with their interests and career aspirations. The project team will continue to monitor implementation and student progress to inform ongoing refinement of the system.
