為推動「跨領域學士」制度，各校在正式實施前，應先修訂《學則》(或《教務章則》)，並完成報教育部備查程序，以確保跨領域學士具備法源依據，並能依法定程序展開招生，讓學生順利修讀。
To support the rollout of the “Cross-Disciplinary Bachelor Program”, each university must first revise its Academic Regulations (or relevant academic guidelines) and complete the filing process with the Ministry of Education (MOE) before formally launching the program. This ensures that the program is backed by legal authority and can recruit students through proper procedures, allowing them to enroll and study smoothly.
前揭法規之修訂，應由校內業管單位如教務處或註冊組等單位，擬具修正草案，並提教務相關之校級會議審議通過後實施，並由學校函報教育部備查。
The revision of these regulations should be drafted by the responsible campus units, such as the Office of Academic Affairs or the Registrar. After the draft is reviewed and approved by the university’s academic council, the school must submit it to the MOE for record-keeping.
